Dreadful customer service
UPDATE: AFTER RECEIVING A REPSONSE WITH A GENEROUS OFFER OF A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER - I REACHED OUT TO THEM. GENEROUS IS NOT A WORD I WOULD USE IN THIS CONTEXT - 5% OFF MY NEXT ORDER. DON'T BOTHER!!!!!
A word of advice when entering your printer details in order to purchase ink cartridges. Double check the cartridges as mine were not correct when they arrived. I sadly opened the packet to install one and realised it didn’t fit. When contacting the dreadful customer service team I was met with an abrupt and rude response. I was told that it was my own mistake and that they would not offer a refund or replacement and I would be best selling them online. Not particularly helpful at all. I personally will not use this company again and have now instructed that our company doesn’t order from them. Most unhelpful and rude. A quick course in customer care skills would not go amiss!
Excellent service every time I've used them
We don't use a lot of toner to be honest but each time we need to get a new one I've used CM. I've orders going back several years now and have always been pleased with their service and quality of the products.

Great service and communication…
First time I have ordered from this company, fast delivery, packaged well, I needed to contact the company ref a problem with my cartridges (my fault) emails were replied to quickly, helpful, efficient and understanding.
Ordered a black cartridge on 11 June…
Ordered a black cartridge on 11 June and still waiting for it. I keep being given new delivery dates (first one in August, next in September, then in October) and still the cartridge has not arrived. Customer Service is very poor - no apology or proposals to remedy the situation or refund. Just keep blaming their suppliers, which really isn’t my concern - if they couldn’t get the cartridges in then they shouldn’t be offering them for sale.

Exactly the same bad experience where I paid for goods and I've heard nothing. I regularly receive emails promoting other ink when I've not received my original order. My son like others has been unable to produce his homework and when you enquire its the same story. If you don't have the goods you should never take payment in the first instance
Order placed in 15th May now two months later no item yet
Order placed on 15th May and still waiting for my order to arrive. This has so far affected my son’s home study by faithfully and being considerate of waiting due to Covid-19. Have emailed today to request for refund. Very disappointing service

I ordered cartridges around two months ago didn't received it yet, many times email them to find out what's happening in this company!
Usually when some items are out of stock companies dose not debit account! now after 2 month I don't have my order and I don't have my refund

Thank you to Lou for quickly sorting out my problem. I thought I'd ordered an XL size ink cartridge as was going by the photo next to the description but when ink came it was standard size - I had only been charged for standard though. Lou was most helpful and could see how the error had been made by a misleading photograph. She was pleased I'd pointed this out and I'm pleased too to have received a voucher for next time. Thank you Lou. Stay safe!
Customer service is an absolute joke
Customer service is an absolute joke. No wonder they don’t allow reviews on their Facebook page.
I’ve been using them for about 10 years and called today about an issue with an order... their recorded message goes on about high standards of customer service and being connected to a happy customer service advisor but wow... that’s an over promise.
I was sent the wrong cartridge (out of a big order, not just one item) and the ‘happy advisor’ was so rude!!! He repeatedly told me it would fit the printer (i know it won’t) but also told me that if I open it, it cannot be returned. He got pissy with me because I didn’t want to open the box and when i was irritated told me he’d ‘terminate my call’. I will NEVER use them again. AWFUL.

Ordered ink on 2nd of april thought cos of covid 19 may take longer to deliver, april 17th emailed them as not received, got reply were looking into it. April 21th another email to them, were sending another out one. April 24th pls cancel order and refund the money, april 24th money be in your account with in 3-5 working days, 2nd may another email to them, not received ink or refund.

Above and Beyond normal service!!!
I have ordered photo paper and ink cartridges for several years now from Cartridge Monkey and have always had prompt, efficient service at a good price. Recently I ordered 2 Epson ink multipacks plus photo-paper to print off Calendars that my grandchildren had produced. Unfortunately my 7 year old Epson photo printer failed catastrophically and I had to replace it. My new Epson printer required different inks to the old one and I now had 2 unused multipacks of the old ink type. Cartridge Monkey saved the day. A phone call to Stephanie Gregory- a Customer Care Advisor meant that I could post the unused, unopened ink packs back and replace them with ink packs of the correct replacement type. Thank you Stephanie and Thank you Cartidge Monkey. I will keep on using your services because you really do look after your customers!
